Reid Forrest started working at C.J. Bridges (now American Track – Mulberry) as a track laborer in the Summer of 2002 after completing his first year of college at Florida State University. He went on to graduate from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting in 2006 and started his professional life as an auditor at one of the “big four” accounting firms in Tampa, FL. After working in the accounting industry for a few years, he decided to return to the family-owned business at C.J. Bridges in January of 2010 and immediately began working to bring CAD-based railroad design as a service offered by the company. This allowed the company to truly become a fully “turn-key” railroad service provider that could get in on the ground floor from the conceptual and design phase right through to construction. Over the years, Reid has continued expanding his role within the company taking on additional responsibilities and filling in wherever he was needed. In February of 2020, Reid was promoted to Area Manager of the Mulberry Office where he performs a multitude of duties including track inspections, track design, site surveys, track layouts, estimating, project management, and logistics coordination for the Mulberry Division.
