Who We Are
American Track was formed through the simultaneous acquisition of C.J. Bridges Railroad Contractor, Inc. and American Track Generations LLC. Today, we’re simply known as American Track. Over the years, American Track has become a premier rail inspection, maintenance, repair, design, and construction provider nationwide. Our expert team primarily installs private tracks for industrial, municipal, and logistics sites across the US.
Financial stability, exceptional service/response times, superior quality, and a strong commitment to safety are must-haves for all rail construction, maintenance, and general service providers. American Track is committed to these baseline principles but is also dedicated to doing even better so that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Since our founding, both original companies, and now the combined American Track, have distinguished ourselves through a hands-on, collaborative spirit that has us positioned as being one of the most experienced companies in this business here in the United States. The American Track benefit program provides a comprehensive benefits program with broad coverage, freedom of choice, and tax-saving features. Our program integrates health and wellness, providing tools and programs to help our employees stay healthy and productive. Our benefits program includes:
Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage:
- High-quality plan that is highly inclusive for medical providers in all of our region
- Substantial portion of monthly premiums are paid by the company
- Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) that provides payment for up to half of the employee/ family deductible.
Dental and Vision Coverage:
Low-cost plan with quality coverage for employees and/ or family.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance:
American Track pays the full cost of Basic Life and AD&D insurance for eligible employees. Employees are automatically covered at $50,000 for Life insurance and $50,000 for AD&D.
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance:
Voluntary life and AD&D insurance may be purchased if more coverage is needed for employees, spouses and children.
Short Term Disability Insurance:
STD coverage protects employees with a portion of their income in the event of illness or injury. STD covers 60% of base weekly earnings to a maximum benefit of $1,000 per week up to 25 weeks.
401K:
American Track offers a 401(k) retirement plan for all eligible employees. Our plan is currently offered as a Safe Harbor plan with matching.
The program is offered to all full-time employees who are regular rly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

Please note that American Track is an alcohol and drug-free company. We do complete background investigations and Motor Vehicle Record checks for drivers.
Additionally, we work with various customers that require more stringent background checks.
