American Track
COVID-19 Response

At American Track, we continue to monitor CDC recommendations and adapt to any new requirements regarding the COVID-19. We always consider the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities we work in as the most important aspect in our day to day business activities. This has only been enhanced throughout the pandemic as we are striving to take every precaution we can to ensure everyone’s safety.

Masks requirement – especially when social distancing is not possible

Increased cleaning measures at office locations, company vehicles/equipment, tools, etc.

Temperature checks on employees when they report to work each day

Complying with any required measures that a customer may have at their location

American Track looks forward to continuing to provide service to all customers throughout the
pandemic. Rail service is an imperative operation that our country relies on each day to deliver essential
goods and we plan to continue to be open for business – operating as close to normal as possible unless directed otherwise by the government.

Our COVID-19 Mask Usage Policy

At American Track, we’ve provided employees with masks to best prevent the spread of
COVID-19 and to protect our employees from the virus while they are at work. We’re highly recommending employees follow these guidelines regarding the use of masks.
Masks should be used when social distancing is not possible, including but not limited to, the following circumstances:

Riding with others in any vehicle.

Attending an in-person meeting or briefing that will last longer than 10 minutes and
space does not allow for adequate social distancing (at least 6 feet between each

Otherwise working in close quarters or a confined space with other workers, both
indoors and outdoors.

Wear your mask outside of work when you must go out in public.

It is also very important to wash your mask daily. Hand washing the mask with soap and water and then letting it dry will suffice.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will be as proactive as we can regarding this topic.
