Jason Bales
Jason joined American Track in February of 2023. Jason began his railroading career with BNSF in 2012 as a Track Laborer and quickly was promoted to a Production Roadmaster, where he managed production gangs all throughout the system. Eventually, Jason moved up to the role of Division Roadmaster in Montana. Following BNSF, he worked as a Manager of Rules, Training, and Safety for RailPros, where he oversaw the UP, KCT, G&W, KCS, and DTO railroads that RailPros worked closely with. As Area Manager, Jason is responsible for all maintenance operations conducted through the Nevada Division and surrounding areas.
