David attended San Jacinto College North & University of Houston from 2000 to 2004. He Joined Balfour Beatty Rail in 2008 as a laborer for the destressing gang at the Kansas City Southern RR. David later went to Houston and was given an opportunity to grow the maintenance division for the Balfour Beatty Rail team. Between 2010-2018, he went from General Superintendent for the maintenance division to Area Manager. David joined American Track to manage operations out of our new South Texas office and has helped us to become one of the top railroad service providers in Houston, Texas.
