Scott studied engineering at Montana State University, graduating in 1994. He began his railroading career in the summer between college semesters as a laborer for RailWorks. During his 12 years with RailWorks, Scott moved up from a laborer to the Area Manager of the Green River location. In 2002 Scott began working for Balfour Beatty Rail as a Foreman and eventually as an Area Operations Manager. In 2018, Scott joined American Track to manage operations out of our Wyoming office.
