Samuel Rosenberg
Samuel joined American Track in September of 2024 from Choctaw Construction Services, LLC in LaPorte, Texas, where he served as Senior Operations Manager overseeing 34 employees and was responsible for inspecting tracks to FRA 213 standards, new construction projects, derailment remediation, job budgets, job take-offs, material purchasing, and inventory control. He has more than 10 years of experience in Construction Management and Engineering, including expertise in areas such as heavy civil, residential construction and renovations, and railroad construction. Samuel began his career as a Project Engineer in 2012 for Webber-Hurst and continued on to Indus Construction L.P. in Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as Senior Project Engineer, handling projects totaling $50MM in value. In 2014, Samuel worked for Norfolk Southern in Bellevue, Ohio as an Operations Supervisor – Maintenance of Way. In that role, he is most proud of spearheading a renovation for a railyard that was tagged Out of Service; Samuel not only successfully obtained the funds needed for the work required to get the railyard back up and running but led his team on project layout and outage coordination with Norfolk Southern’s Transportation Department. Samuel spent eight years at RailWorks, holding roles as Project Manager and Assistant Manager, and Regional Office Manager in both Fort Worth, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia, respectively. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City.
