Jose Chavez began his journey with American Track in July of 2021 as a Track Laborer in Fort Worth, Texas. Right from the start, his strong work ethic and dedication were evident, earning him a promotion to Foreman in less than a year. In this new role, Jose quickly became a key player on the team, contributing to major projects across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. His leadership skills and thorough understanding of the work allowed him to effectively manage multiple projects in diverse locations, establishing himself as a reliable and respected leader.

Jose’s career progression continued to impress, and by the end of 2022, he was promoted to Superintendent. In this capacity, he worked closely with all field crews, ensuring job sites were managed efficiently and safely. One of his notable accomplishments was his leadership on a large-scale track rehabilitation project, where he played a critical role in its successful completion. His ability to manage complex projects and maintain high standards of quality earned him the respect of both his colleagues and clients.

In February of 2025, Jose’s continued hard work and leadership skills were recognized when he was promoted to Area Manager for American Track’s Fort Worth region. As Area Manager, he now oversees a larger scope of operations, guiding his teams to success and ensuring that all projects within the region are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
