Victor has more than 30 years of experience in the railroad industry. He began his career in 1994 in Houston, Texas, as an Area Superintendent for Trac-Work, where he provided site estimation, supervision, and field engineering on a wide range of rail construction projects. In that role, Victor also coordinated all safety procedures with both local and state authorities and ensured projects were completed on time and within budget. By 2006, Victor was serving as Area Manager and launched a new office in Colorado primarily due to his ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners within the industry. In this role, he managed multi-million-dollar projects and developed an effective team of employees. Since 2013, Victor has served as a Regional Manager, Project Manager, and Railroad Estimator for various railroad construction companies in the Southern part of the United States before joining American Track in 2019, where he currently serves as Area Manager of our Denver, Colorado, location.
