Tim Licata joined American Track April 1, 2022, with the acquisition of TRAC, The Railroad Associates Corporation. Tim has over 20 years of experience in the railroad industry. After graduating from college, Tim began his career as an Estimating Assistant for Delta Railroad Construction and quickly developed into the role of Project Manager. Tim learned to estimate and project manage and grew to be a valuable person in the railroad industry. In 2016, Tim joined The Railroad Associates Corporation (TRAC) in 2016, where he served as Senior Project Manager, eventually becoming Vice President of Operations. As Vice President of Operations, Tim oversaw management of all work and scheduled and coordinated all personnel and equipment. Today, Tim is responsible for leading the Pennsylvania location where he performs a plethora of responsibilities including estimating, project management, and logistics coordination for the Pennsylvania Division.
