American Track revamped an older facility and restored its rail service

This home improvement retailer client contracted with American Track to revamp an older facility and restore its rail service with the rehabilitation of 2800 Track Feet and an additional track expansion.

The revitalization of this outdated rail infrastructure lowered costs for this client that were previously spent on trucking to move their product; this project was completed on-time and within budget.

What we did

  • Constructed 1250 TF of 115# wood crosstie track
  • Constructed 810 TF of embedded track
  • Constructed 104 TF of concrete paneled crossing
  • Installed one wood crosstie turnout
