At American Track, we believe that having happy and healthy employees is key to our long-term success. We offer a wide range of competitive benefits to help our employees manage their physical and financial wellness.
American Track provides a comprehensive benefits program with broad coverage, freedom of choice, and tax-saving features. Our program integrates health and wellness, providing tools and programs to help our employees stay healthy and productive. Benefits are offered to all full-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
American Track is dedicated to providing employees with a benefit program that is both comprehensive and competitive. We offer employees two medical plan options that include in-network and out-of-network providers and provides prescription drug coverage.
Substantial portion of monthly premiums are paid for by the company Health Care Account (HCA) funded by American Track, which provides payment for up to half of the employee/family deductible.
American Track provides a company paid basic life insurance policy for all benefit eligible employees. Voluntary life and AD&D insurance may be purchased if additional coverage is needed for employees, spouses, and children
American Track provides company paid STD and LTD coverage with a buy-up option for employee paid LTD. These benefits pay for a portion of your income if you have a serious injury or illness that keeps you from working.
American Track 401(k) Plan is a great way to save for your future. You are eligible to participate in the plan upon hire and eligible for a company safe harbor match once you complete 12 months (with 1,000 hours) of service.
